"How Low Can You Go, Part 2"

There's some good discussion on an earlier post,How Low Can You Go?, that I wanted to bring to people's attention. Apparently Angelica Hernandez has the Republicans a little concerned. They'd rather have someone other than her run against their candidate in November.By the way, racist, sexist, and/or homophobic comments and vicious smears regarding a person's personal life do not add anything to otherwise intelligent discussion. These comments have been removed as fast as I could find them, but it just wasn't enough. Because of a few low class remarks we're having to go to a moderated blog. I appologize for any delay in posting your comments, but it's the only way we can keep the filth out.

That was WATT Suzie Luna said this morning on KEYS Radio 1440.I would not ruin my credibility for such prevarication.I am not a liar.Everything I said was true.Suzie said she is supporting Fred Jimenez for his work ethic. She said she has listened to several complaints of the tactics used in Marisela Saldana's Court. And she went on to elaborate. There is court documentation of Marisela using racial slurs and demeaning disparaging rhetoric and even to poor defendants.

Two Fer & Hugo Berlanga & URI Do Kingville citizens glow in the dark?

Tony Canales: “These Mexicans, we can buy them two for a nickel"1/16/2005 10:35 PM
BNP, Hugo & Tony Canales bulldozed through Austin & pristine sand dunes! Posted on August 3, 2004 at 03:39:06 AM by Jaime Here is a little example of Tony Canales' manipulation of Hugo Berlanga in the seat before Hugo set Capelo up to be a Fall Guy. Hugo helped get the drilling rights. Capelo got the Medical legislation passed. Then everybody who was obligated (by ties to Dr. Hector) to vote for Barbara Canales. It did not happen. Just think if it did happen. Barbara & Hugo are good friends the families are close. I overheard a conversation between the two families while I stood in line behind them at the courthouse. ENLIGHTENING! One other little thing: The King Ranch & the National Park Service are working together. King Ranch is under the National Park Service which ties in Tony's "Primo" Gen.Cisneros (KFAT CEO). There is much more like the road from Kingsville to the Island. Like the connection to the Health System that KFAT uses to hide some of the money. Texas Observer Political Intelligence: 3/15/2002 Barbara Canales-Black, who is running for the open Senate District 20 seat in South Texas, is co-owner of BNP Petroleum, which has recently begun drilling for natural gas on Padre Island National Seashore. Canales-Black’s firm quietly obtained the permit in February from the National Park Service, and the drilling has since become a hot issue in South Texas and in the election. She has three primary opponents, including McAllen State Represen-tative Juan Hinojosa, and a runoff is possible. (At press-time, the primary is still five days away.) Canales-Black is the scion of a well-connected political family and has been using her oil wealth to outspend Hinojosa three to one in the race. Her father is Tony Canales, Tony Sanchez’s private attorney. (Canales, you may recall, was the one who hired the private dicks involved in the embarrassing investigation–some say smear campaign–against former Secretary of State Henry Cuellar.) To access the site, BNP had to bulldoze a road through pristine dunes. The site itself is covered by a 1.7 acre well-pad made of crushed rock. As obtrusive as this is on an almost completely undeveloped national seashore, this well may be just the beginning. The company’s permit applies to a 1300 square-kilometer drilling area on the island, and BNP also has plans to do slant drilling–for oil, not gas–from the shore out into the bay and gulf. According to Erin Rogers of the Sierra Club, the company has benefited from the Bush administration’s "streamlined" National Park drilling rules, which do not require a separate environmental impact statement for each new well in a permitted drilling area. To add insult to injury, as recently as eighteen months ago the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service had planned to designate as much as 7,000 acres in the area as critical habitat for the piping plover, a threatened bird. This designation would have made much of BNP’s proposed drilling area off limits. But BNP came back with their own habitat study, which predictably recommended protecting a much smaller portion of the seashore. Backed by Nueces County and local Chambers of Commerce, the company successfully lobbied FWS to reduce the protected area to 2,000 acres. Re: Hasta La Vista Baby!!!!!!!!!!! 3/13/2005 1:17 AM
OK Mr Feet; Why did you fail to mention the first choice to relocate the Bombing Range was Kenedy County KFATSO's Ranch Land Where Karl Rove maintains a $250 K per year hunting lease. That there was over 2 million dollars wasted on an enviromental study and $500 K kickback to KFATSO for "damage to land from seismic testing". That the contractors used mostly out of state workers (Lousiana). That there was a future of abundant U 238. That it is connected with Tony Canales, Hugo Berlanga, National Park Service, Armstrongs Gen Cisneros, Hunts the King Ranch BNP & BNP Paribas. The South Texas Military Task Force was somehow preserved & muscled into existence. Check it out? Also all of the fishing cabins lost due to the TEX A G Vs KFATSO regarding the spoils. Big Boys fighting dirty for big stakes!

A Tickler of Events to Come for the YANQUIS Tony TWO FER Canales & MIKAL WATTS "
"A Tickler of Events to Come" for the YANQUIS
Posted on December 27, 2005 at 05:11:53 AM by Jaime KenedeñoOk, trying to break down the factions and the affinities bringing them in and out of affiliation, I will try tomake sense of it ALL. Tony Canales & Mikal Watts have a common enemy in Jaime Capelo. While Mikal Watts claims to be exacting his influence against Capelo for Capelo not supporting (politically) his Mother Sandra Watts (Nueces County District Judge); the other reason might seem to the average citizen as a most motivating factor, it is the Legislation Capelo Co Authored with Joe Nixon HB 4. A local proposition Capelo wrote apparently evolved into the HB 4. This legislation limited product liability amount$ at $250k per victim. Canales seemingly should be applauding the Capelo Litigation as his close personal friend Hugo Berlanga sat Capelo into his vacated seat. Hugo had legal problems and probably was designing the medical legislation before he ran into legal allegations. So the bill is favorable to TWO FER, KFATSO & the Health care system; so why would Tony be mad? Senator Carlos Truan "retired" but sources tell me he was told to not run again. So now Nueces has nobody to replace Truan. Two Fer has his Daughter run assuming that the usual crowd will back the Dr Hector "coat tails". It seems a rift occurred. rene odriguez Jaime Capelo & Shamsie represented a new faction and backed Chuey Hinojosa over Barbara Canales. Tony was humiliated and this is his reason for stirring up the Police Officers Association (Citgo Faction). He YANQUIED the Cops into going after Rodriguez. Capelo (Citgo Atty) settled with Rodriguez (CCPOA Atty). Capelo settled out of court for a small fee of course. Lawyers always do these type of "Rebates" as Homero terms it. Two Fer already had this info when he roused the CCPOA up against Rodriguez. So was Capelo a fall guy to get at Rodriguez for Two Fer and Watts alligned with Two Fer so as to Finish Capelo. that is one part Solomon Ortiz represents the old school and has retained much of the old ties of Dr Hector. I would say more so than Two Fer the YANQUI. But this too is evolving into an "independent thinking" electorate. These labels Democrat & Republican mean nothing anymore. They too are used by the YANQUIS. Then there was Terry Arnold for the republicans. Abel Herrero is another spport system and probably allligns with one of the above but not Watts and his good government PAC. Nelda Martinez whom I understand is close with Mr Rangel's daughter. Watts is smart. Watt he is doing is picking the winners and influencing them with money. Watt does he expect in return is Wattt I am concerned about. Mikal Watts is not about Humanity or Goodwill he is about Mikal Watts. Posted on December 26, 2005 at 11:33:56 PM by Jaime Kenedeño Same thing with Vance Owen. They both used Mauricio Celis. He (Celis) brought the clients from Mexico through Vance to Watts. Then Watts distanced himself from all of the Players in the Firestone cases from Mexico (except an attorney named Mike Guerra in the Edinburgh Office). Vance took Mauricio on a spending contest going halves on many things including the EL TAPATIO, Ferrarri''s, Havana Club,etc... etc...Women and more women. Whisked away on dates in the leer jet to Mexico and destinations unknown. I always wondered WATT they were packing on the way home. Probably money. Well I understand Mr Owens has since sold his half to Celis and is now liquid. I wonder what shit is fixing to hit the fan? CCPD has rumored of impropriety with these YANQUIs.

Tony Canales Atty for Firestone, Mikal Watts Atty for Victims, Fil Vela.. 1/1/2006 8:30:24 PM
Tony Canales Atty for Firestone, Mikal Watts Atty for Victims, Fil Vela Judge... HUM???? Posted on January 1, 2006 at 06:04:34 AM by Jaime Kenedeño McAllen jury deliberating Firestone case BY LYNN BREZOSKY Associated Press Writer McALLEN, Texas — Jurors began deliberating Tuesday in a $1 billion lawsuit against Bridgestone/Firestone Inc. after hearing lawyers for the family of a paralyzed woman compare the company’s tires with mass murderer Timothy McVeigh. Firestone lawyers instead blamed the crash on Ford Motor Co., which made the Explorer sport utility vehicle in which the 39-year-old mother of three was riding. U.S. District Court Judge Filemon Vela gave the nine-member jury a 20-count charge to guide its deliberations, which lasted less than two hours and were scheduled to resume Wednesday. The judge asked jurors to determine whether the Firestone Wilderness AT tire had a manufacturing defect because of poor design and negligence. “This tire has killed more people than Timothy McVeigh. That is the awesome nature of the tragedy,” Mikal Watts, a lawyer for victim’s family, said in a closing argument. More than 200 deaths and 800 injuries in the United States have been blamed on Explorers rolling over after a tire tread separation involving a Firestone tire. Bridgestone/Firestone has settled more than 150 cases. “I wish at times the law would allow me to take this axle and beat these people up,” said another of the family’s lawyers, Tab Turner — referring to Firestone officials. “This is the day the American people can stand up and tell Firestone we’re not going to take it.” Firestone attorneys closed their case by continuing to argue that faulty design of the Ford Explorer made tires lose their tread. They said any other vehicle would not have rolled over after a similar tire failure. Lead Firestone attorney Knox Nunnally used the last minutes of the trial to present internal Ford correspondence dating to 1988 that he said showed the auto maker knew early on about faulty design of the Explorer. Nunnally said the correspondence showed high fatality rates in rollover crashes involving its Bronco II, the forerunner to the Explorer. The documents show that even company test drivers had difficulty handling the Explorer, he said. “It is their job,” Nunnally said, referring to the injured woman’s family, “to prove with a preponderance of evidence that the tire was defective. We believe they have not yet done that.” Firestone attorney Tony Canales suggested that the jury should find Ford liable for $6.5 million in damages — even though Ford is not a defendant, having settled out of court for $6 million. During testimony in the eight-day trial, Firestone officials said that tread separations are common but rarely cause the kind of rollover accident that left Marisa Rodriguez paralyzed last year. Lawyers for Dr. Joel Rodriguez attacked the final Bridgestone/Firestone witness as a retired company loyalist whose job in court is to dodge blame for faulty tires. Watts, one of the Rodriguez lawyers, cited recent cases in which witness James Gardner blamed driver error in Explorer rollovers involving tread separations. Now, Watts said, Gardner is arguing that Ford Motor Co. is solely at fault for rollovers involving tread separations. Watts said that differs from a Mississippi deposition in which Gardner testified Explorers “do not have a propensity to roll over.” “That testimony took place Dec. 15, 1998 — before you started fighting with one another,” Watts said, referring to a public rift between Ford and Bridgestone/Firestone. Gardner said he “had always been under the impression that there were problems with the Explorer,” but that he wasn’t convinced until seeing a study commissioned by Bridgestone/Firestone after his 1998 deposition. He said he wanted to show jurors that an object, perhaps a baseball, caused the tire to fail and that the product had no defects when it left Bridgestone/Firestone’s Decatur, Ill., plant in 1997. Holding pieces of the Rodriguezes’ rear right tire, Gardner said the inner tire’s smoothed surface was a result of friction caused by prolonged rubbing against the loose outer tread. After about 1,000 to 4,000 driving miles, he said, the tread finally separated on the day of the accident. Bridgestone/Firestone lawyers say that tread separations are common and that Explorers roll over because of design flaws that prompt panicked drivers to oversteer, causing the vehicle to tip over. But Rodriguez’s attorneys say drivers wouldn’t have to react if the tires didn’t fail first. They say Bridgestone/Firestone knew how to fix its defective tires. “I guess what you’re trying to say is, ‘If our tire runs over a baseball, we’re not responsible,”’ Watts said. Rodriguez, a doctor from the South Texas town of Pharr, sued the tire manufacturer after his wife was left brain-damaged and paralyzed following the crash. Rodriguez’s lawyers are trying to prove that Bridgestone/Firestone knew tire tread separation was a problem before it recalled 6.5 million tires last summer.

He has a wreck that paralyzes his wife and of course it can''t be his fault. Ain''t this kinda old news . . . like four or five years old? Are you really surprised that a Mexican jury would find for a Mexican plantif given a gringo defendant?

everything to do with the alliance of Mikal Watts, Tony ""TWO FER"" Canales and the Rose Vela Court antics. The fix was in. Mikal: ""We win cases only when the jury buys this argument anyway."" How did he get ""Two Fer"" to bite? Should they be allowed to get away with this fraud just because they are Mikal Watts and Tony Canales? Also, both are government lawyers. You know Filemon Vela is Rose Vela''s Husband, right? of course the Judge is dead now. An election is approaching. It is now the time to remember WATT these guys did last time. These guys are committing criminal acts. Should we just look the other way because they have lots of power & money? Not I!

Larry Olivarez has hired Jeff Montgomery; Barbara Black & Mikal Watts.. 12/29/2005 12:58:11 AM
Political Consultant ranked #5 Posted on December 27, 2005 at 00:11:12 AM by Jaime Kenedeño 5. Jeff Montgomery Montgomery & Associates Jeff Montgomery has been in the middle of the bitter infighting among state House Democrats in the primary elections this year - but he''s not a typical Texas Democratic Party in crowd member - and he marches more often to his own beat than he does to the party line. That might make him have to work a little harder than the state party''s consulting establishment for the business he gets doing media and research for political candidates. But it might also force him to try to be a little better at the job than some state party insiders who take their share of the pie more for granted - and he has as many or more awards to show for his work than most consultants in town. He helped State Rep. Aaron Peña defend his Rio Grande Valley state House seat this year against a well-armed primary opponent with strong business support - and he handled the consulting duties for former Rep. Tracy King as he prevailed in a rematch against State Rep. Timoteo Garza for the Southwest Texas seat that changed hands two years ago. Montgomery produced former House Education Chairman Paul Sadler''s media in the special state Senate election in Northeast Texas - and the Democrats came close to an upset despite unprecedented GOP firepower for a legislative campaign. In addition to his work in politics, Montgomery has conducted public opinion surveys for a diverse range of corporate and public clients including Mikal Watts'' law firm and the University of Texas System. He''s made some Republicans mad with polls that he initiated on his own. Despite the relatively independent nature, he''s handled some direct mail and phone banks for the state Democratic Party in recent years. His firm, Montgomery & Associates, last year added several Pollie awards from the American Association of Political Consultants to its collection of honors including first-place in bilingual television advertising for a spot on the Cameron County judge race and third place in the same category for a Barbara Canales Black ad in her state Senate campaign. Interesting read (full story below). http://www.capitolinside.com/consult2004-nm.htm

Money is not enough if Goodwill & Humanity practice DUE DILIGENCE! Posted on December 26, 2005 at 11:07:32 PM by Jaime Kenedeño This is what the Lawyers hate. When the ""Average citizen becomes engaged in the formulation of public policy"" When we practice Due Diligence they act like it is not our right and that they dont have to follow the rules. County Judge Terry Shamsie told county commissioners last month he expects the county to have a healthy surplus for the next five years - $13 million to $14 million is a conservative estimate, he said - and asked them to think about what they wanted to spend it on. Advertisement ""This has been a goal that the commissioners court, over several courts, has had as a priority, contingent on funding,"" Commissioner Oscar Ortiz said. The court has taken care of all the basic needs of the county - road improvements, pay raises and enough money in the general fund to cover emergencies. Now, he said, the commissioners can turn their attention to something new. The arena budget is to be between $20 million and $25 million, which will primarily come from the surplus. The difference will be made up by corporate sponsorship and money left over from the county roads project. The county issued bonds to pay for the show barn. There''s still a lot of planning to be done, but John Michael, the project manager for the fairgrounds, said the Heritage Center likely will be about 4,000 square feet, with room to seat about 4,000 people. The inner ring, he said, will be big enough to fit three basketball courts in to allow plenty of room for events such as rodeos and livestock shows. And unlike the American Bank Center arena - which seats about 7,500 - the seats will be plastic and the floor often dirt. ""It''s a big barn,"" Michael said. ""It will be a nice building, but it''s largely a place for equestrian-type events."" Shamsie said the Heritage Center will have its own niche to fill and isn''t meant to compete with American Bank Center. ""It''s a different market place,"" he said. ""You''re probably not going to have tractor pulls downtown. It''s like someone who drives a Jaguar and someone who drives a Ford."" Marc Solis, general manager for American Bank Center, agreed. ""What we''re doing is totally different from what they have in mind,"" he said. R the Politcos upset@ Homero? is it cuz he supports an independent..

thinking voter in South Texas Out of this belief, most Mexican Americans voted Democrat in one election after another. Posted on December 12, 2005 at 03:55:06 AM by Jaime Kenedeño It is not a criticism of Dr Hector or the significance of the Latin vote he brought to light. It is a criticism of the Two Party System in South Texas. It states, "The Two Party System does not work for us." Well, first of all a "Two Party" system in South Texas is a farce. I need not elaborate on the game of shirades of any Politico who claims Democrat in South Texas. The article speaks of the movements of the past. To me those movements were brave valiant and even good in intention but they were with an isolation to any who were not Latin. This left nobody to watch the activists back so to speak. This movement was not prepared for the backlash. Modification of JOB opportunities was an effective weapon for the established Politicos and small town "Bosses". If I may, yes there is / was Gringo Oppressors who thrived on the South Texas Mexican. There were many other Anglos who gained nothing but went with the ways of the Local Patron. Most of the kiss asses had decent JOBS and would look the other way. The ones who did stand up to the Discrimination in a small way like in a schoolhouse or in a big way like in the town square for a certain section of town or something; these guys were "marked men". The Family name was not hired, usually fired or demoted. They were blackballed. It is written, " For years when we spoke out about the injustice against our people we were told ; 'Get some representatives into the political system, let them speak for you, make your grievances known.' So we tried it. Many Mexican Americans believed that the Republican Party was the party of the rich, the big business interests, while the Democratic Party cared about the working class and the poor - the Democrats would help us. Out of this belief, most Mexican Americans voted Democrat in one election after another. But nothing ever changed. Maybe a few got JOBS as a reward for bringing in votes but that didnt help a people as a whole. They found that even when they joined the Democratic Party they were not really in it - except one day out of every four years. The rest of the time they were humiliated or ignored." It goes on to speak of various activist groups and the failure of a people to unite. The article goes on to speak of the hard work of a people to to get "their" representatives into office but once the people of Spanish sir name got in office, they began to see themselves related to the people who worked so hard and passionately to get them into office. They began to use phrases like, "Well, I have to represent all of the people" - meaning interest of the traditonal power structure. To a people who believed in them they were lost. Vendido's or sellouts as a Canales or Berlanga or Cisneros. The article writes of how a people began to dissolve within themselves referring to themselves as "RAZA" but definitively states (not meaning race but a subculture, a people who are regular folks, who spoke a similar language) Homero states, "Raza to us means someone who has suffered with us, who has lived among us,who eats at our restaurants, etc... who shared our way of life and our feelings". Who are these Spanish Sirnamed Politicos to you? Why should you vote for an Elite Mexican (as per the above definition)? I will call them Tokens. Homero says, "They have been chosen for us many a time by the Gringo Jeffes (such as the late Hayden Head Sr. in Corpus Christi). The Elite Political structure claimed to not understand the objections to the "Tokens". They preached Mexican People, the oppressed people, the poor people should be happy with these "sucdcess symbols". Some suffered as they seen their brothers or sisiters "make it" (in the Democratic Party) and then turn their backs. Homero goes on to speak of the "Tokens'" deception and insincerity. The smiles turning to a "Vote for me" twist of the mouth. They would say with a sad hollowness, "I am one of you" when everyone knew it was no longer true. These "Tokens" only represented their own interest. The little people watched as the Politicos Vendidos built their own personal kingdoms of power. The struggle of a people little and usually poor continues. from these bitter realities the people became to realize it mattered not who the elected, they all became puppets and parrots of the interest group of the party they represented. This made it clear and easy to see that the Demnocrats were no better than the stereotyped Republicans. Both are controlled by money and twisted business interests. They might act and sound different on certain issues but on important basic questions they were not. It is now a one animal system with two heads eating out of the same bowl. --------------------------------------- For the most part this is from the Hardcopy of El Defenzor. I thought important to the voices who cast rocks at Homero as they accuse him of putting down Dr Hector. With all due respect & credit to Dr Hector Garcia there were many other influences such as specifically Politiqueras (originating from the senior matriarch figure of the Family) and the Senior Matriarchs of each Family. Would they sit down one evening and she would tell them who the family was going to vote for? Pulling the Democratic Lever or simply voting a straight Democratic ticket was instilled as the means to a better life. It made the Mexican / Latino vote become important, influential and they were able to affect change with the "Palanca Democrática", Dr Hector got a people to this point. Now what Homero is saying I believe is; we all have minds of our own to make the choices (vote) on our own. Without pulling a lever. Without voting for a candidate because he is a certain party or idealogy but because of how he postures with respect to the issues we hold in priority. If he keeps his word. Homero is encouraging an independent thinking voter in South Texas. He is a percieved threat to the established political structure! Think About it!

If they are not your friends now (because of your LABEL); they never will be your friends again. They think you betrayed them. One forgets the enormous influence of WATT large sums of money,... the intoxication effect or WATT money can buy. It is as intoxifying as any DRUG and for ME or you it matters not WATT it corrupts nor WATT it BUYS. Vilma Luna should have dared to strut her GENIUS as Rose Vela boldy tells the Emperor he is indeed NAKED. Vilma should step over and make public record her "DIPLOMACY", "STATESMANSHIP", "BILL WRITING PROWESS", and why her integrity has remained in PLACE. No doubt Mr WATTS used her as now a theory of WATT tried to TOKYO ROSE Vela. We know the Email was designed to leak? For WATT reason? To let South Texas know VILMA LUNA IS THEIR HERO? AND / OR Jaime Capelo is their Enemy? If Rose steps down; who's hero will she be? WATT was supposed to PLAY out when she stepped down from the 148th bench? Was Fred Jimenez planning to run for 148th District Judge?? Was Guy Williams planning to run for 148th District Judge?? Was MARISELA SALDANA? WATT about the "POWERBROKERED DEAL" POA involving Governor RICK PERRY appointing COLLEEN MCHUGH to serve the remainder of Judge Vela's Term? "TWO FOR A NICKEL"?? How many zeros were on the end of the "TWO" and how many on the nickel? Shamsie now will walk with the Vela Republicrats. Mikal Watts and Tony Canales YANQUIS. The Yellow Dog Democrats were at Kaffies Party. Who walks with Rose Vela? There is nothing wrong with adversaries negotiating for the good of each and diplomatically resolving head BUTTS. One's Elected Influence however is improper when weilded against one's own electorate and certainly not for an ELITIST YANQUI AGENDA. Talk to us Vilma. Allow me the honor of BYTING MR WATTS for YOU.

I Dare YOU Rick Perry, Colleen MCHUGH and TWO FER and You TOO Mr WATTS....

Rose Vela argued on the Bob Jones Show her Legal Right to remain at her JOB in the 148th District of Nueces County. There is no reason to pressure her to step down and the Republican Party better stand behind her. WATT or who would have benefitted from Rick Perry Appointment of a Colleen McHugh ELITE Element (aromatic of a KFATSO, KING RANCH, TWO FER stench) to the 148th Bench? The bring the BRAHMA Maid Marisela Saldana to mop up and things nice and tidy? I guess Fred Jimenez running saves Judge Vela from vacating her bench and some how is a "STEPPING UP TO THE PLATE FOR VILMA LUNA. Don"t forget about my wife Fred!

J. Peter Grace & Operation Paperclip & JFK Assassination
Posted: 20 Jul 2004 02:43 AM Reply Advise

Considering that the Newcomen Society and CFR to which J. Peter Grace belonged were branches of Cecil Rhodes's eugenics club, The Round Table, it is not out of character that Grace would be involved in Project Paperclip -- a post World War II CIA arrangement to remove classified information from dossiers so that former SS members and 900+ Nazi scientists could emigrate to the U. S. Hundreds of war criminals would find employment within government agencies and companies such as W.R. Grace chemical company whose president was J. Peter Grace. The Covert Action Information Bulletin documents the close relationship between Reinhard Gehlen, the CIA, Knights of Malta and the Vatican, which had smuggled Nazi war criminals out of Europe through the infamous "rat lines":
On November 17, 1948 SMOM awarded one of its highest honors, the Grand Cross of Merit, to Reinhard Gehlen, the Nazi chief of intelligence on the Soviet front. He was subsequently installed by the Americans as the first chief of West Germany's equivalent of the CIA, the Bundesnachtrichtdienst (BND: federal secret service), under West German Chancellor Adenauer, a devout Catholic who had received the Magistral Grand Cross personally from SMOM Grand Master Prince Chigi.
After the appointment of Knight of Malta William Casey as head of the Central Intelligence Agency, and another Knight, James Buckley, as head of U.S. propaganda against Eastern Europe at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, several historians noted with interest President Reagan's call during the summer of 1982 for a "crusade" against the "Evil Empire" in Eastern Europe. [including Balkans.....JP] 16.
The CIA also funded Nazi/SMOM fronts, Radio Liberty and Radio Free Europe: "The present head of the Order in the United States is a prominent businessman, J. Peter Grace. Prior to 1971, Grace was associated with Radio Liberty and Radio Free Europe, both of which had been established by Reinhard Gehlen and funded by the CIA." 17. The Covert Action Information Bulletin describes the manner in which Radio Liberty, under the supervision of Grace and other prominent figures, functioned as a front for ex-Nazis:
In 1950, the American Committee for Liberation from Bolshevism was created. The trustees included J. Peter Grace, Charles Edison, William Henry Chamberlain, H.J. Heinz II, Isaac Don Levine, and Eugene Lyons. The Committee (now known as Radio Liberty), under the guiding hand of the CIA's Frank Wisner, funded numerous emigre "research institutes'' which, according to John Loftus [see UNHOLY TRINITY], were "little more than front groups for ex-Nazi intelligence officers.''14 18.

Lee Harvey Oswald, Albert Osborne

When Lee Harvey Oswald entered Mexico at Laredo, Texas, on Sept. 26, 1963, his companion on the Red Arrow bus was Albert Osborne, alias John Howard Bowen. Bowen-Osborne had been running a school for highly professional marksmen in Oaxaca, Mexico, since 1934. The cover for the place was his particular mission, and he was the missionary.

The FBI records on Bowen go back to June 4, 1942, in Henderson Springs, Tennessee. He operated a camp for boys known as "Campfire Council." Neighbors complained it was for pro-nazi activities with young fascists. Bowen vehemently opposed the U.S. going to war with nazi Germany. They stomped on the American flag.

Before that, Bowen worked for the Tennessee Valley Authority since 1933. His dual citizenship between Great Britain and the U.S. took him over the entire globe. So did his use of multiple aliases.

After the Warren Commission published their report in September 1964, several attorneys in the Southwest recognized the name of Osborne. September 8, 1952, Jake Floyd was murdered. The target was meant to be his father, District Judge Floyd. Two suspects were caught, one got away. Their testimony was about being hired by Osborne and how he ran the school for assassins.

Later investigation revealed Osborne's connections to Division V of the FBI, and to Clay Shaw's Centro Mondiale Commerciale, with funding coming from New Orleans for the CIA, Anti-Castro Cubans, and others. Lee Harvey Oswald applied for a tourist card to enter Mexico while still in New Orleans on September 17, 1963

Four other persons, having consecutive tourist numbers, departed nine days later, like Oswald, all to arrive at the same time, entering from several different cities. They were part of the White Russian Solidarists, the Gehlen emigre community that Lee and Marina mingled with.

This assassination team funded Maurice Brooks Gatlin, Guy Bannister, and the Miami office of Double Check Corporation. J. Edgar Hoover's Division V, Domestic Intelligence, working with the American Council of Christian Churches, had used this group from the Bowen-Osbome academy of assassins.

Volume XXV of the Hearings has many pages of interviews with people who had sent money to Jack Bowen. They never met him, and some like Mrs. Bessie White, Pikesville, Tenn., mailed $35 a month to John Howard Bowen who she believed had been doing missionary work for 18 years in Mexico." Osborne-Bowen had a mission.

Lee Harvey Oswald, agent from U.S. Defense Dept., had a team of doubles impersonating his behavior, leaving trails of anti-American frustration and meetings with various people.

While Oswald was in Mexico just prior to Kennedy's murder the purposes were concealed. Meanwhile, the CIA and various authorities led Oswald to the Cuban Embassy, the Soviet Embassy. When the face or voices didn't match the authentic Oswald, it didn't matter, given a difference of 40 to SO pounds and shape. What came from all this was the conclusion that Oswald had really wanted to go to Cuba next.

Which Oswald, and why?

This was to finalize with the illusion of an Oswald-Casto admiration just days before Kennedy would be killed.
