A very powerul attorney....
summed it up for the Fernandez' and their case. Greed!!!!!!!! He said they were too greedy! This is another reason I alone at first rebuked Ray & Marie. Hope for the Fernandez Cause remains but only when they humble themselves enough to call ME. What can I do? Nothing alone but the phone call is the start to turning this thing around. I am reaching my hand out to you guys. What do you have to lose? A little pride maybe that is all. We got what you dont even know you need but you need it nonetheless. It is hard to sit idle and watch you guys throw it all away. You need us more than ever right now. To delay is to deny JUSTICE for Ann and her relations.

A hearing on a temporary injunction in the case to reopen the estate of John G. Kenedy Jr. was delayed Tuesday after attorneys in the case announced they had filed an appeal with the 13th Court of Appeals.
District Judge J. Manuel Bañales rescheduled the hearing for April 11.
On Monday, Bañales granted summary judgement to the charities that control the Kenedy estate, effectively blocking any efforts to reopen the legal proceedings that settled inheritance after his death. By Tuesday morning, attorneys representing Ann Fernandez and her son, Dr. Ray Fernandez, had filed a notice to appeal Bañales’ decision. Fernandez believes she might be the sole heir of the estate.

Banales had issued the order Friday to block attorneys from taking action in any other courts. Attorneys have said they would like to have the case transferred to a probate court in Austin.
For more than four years, Nueces County Medical Examiner Ray Fernandez has sought to prove that his mother, Ann, is Kenedy's biological daughter. Part of his legal battle has focused on reopening Kenedy's estate.
In a separate move, Fernandez also has sought to have Kenedy's body exhumed to obtain a DNA sample that could prove a relation. The Texas Supreme Court is considering whether to let stand a lower court's ruling to allow the exhumation.
Kenedy died in 1948 with no children, and assets from his estate fund a variety of religious charities and secular organizations, including the Roman Catholic Diocese of Corpus Christi. Those assets are controlled by the John G. and Marie Stella Kenedy Memorial Foundation and the John G. Kenedy Jr. Charitable Trust.
Fernandez has said his fight is about determining the truth about his lineage, and the case isn't about drawing money away from charities.
Next week, attorneys for the Fernandez family and for the Kenedy estate will appear in Sarita to argue a request for summary judgment filed by the estate. If summary judgement is granted, the case will be closed.

I found Johnny's DNA on a stamp from title (land transfer) to Jaime Waters.
If they dig up the body it still will not prove conclusively without confirmation of Sarita or John Sr or Marie Stella.
Also, Marie Fernandez swiped medical records and court documents that can never be official; but does prove TO THEM that they have a legitimate fight.
The expedient Attorneys are not expedient for their client in this case. They have 10 million to suck dry first.
Marie Fernandez does not want anybody to share the pot of gold as in contingency but Surprise Craig Smith already does!
