Corporate Employers,Law Makers, and Profiteers are the front line in Streamlining a fatally flawed system.

Why do Sugar Ants migrate and eventually reach their destination? A Sugar Ant migrates to the sugar. Just like a river will always run it's course and eventually makes another path when impeded. Reason will tell the haters, the source of their troubles is not the natural plight of the ants but rather the natural sustinence of the sugar ant which is sugar.

Immigration enforcement requires comprehensive plan
The Free Press (Mankato, MN)

http://www.mankatofreepress.com/editorials/local_story_116005913.html

Recent immigration arrests in Willmar have triggered anger and a
lawsuit. It's only the latest evidence that America remains far from
settled on proper policy for its illegal immigration problem. Until
a national plan enjoys the political support that first requires a
large missing dose of political will, raids and arrests will be both
an insufficient salve for the enforcement-first crowd and an
irritation for the "live-and-let-live" side.

But first, get ready for more aggressive enforcement in this state.
The budget to combat Minnesota's illegal immigration situation has
been increased, and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement office
has promised to step up door-to-door searches for specific illegals.
There will be more workplace raids reminiscent of the operation that
last year upset the status quo in Worthington.

Authorities have also said they'll get more offensive against
employers who make illegal hires. Whereas fines have failed to bring
employers to heel, they're hoping the image of businessmen in
handcuffs will get the point across.

Immigration agents would do well to go carefully in the area of door-
to-door searches, which critics in Willmar claim has already
resulted in ethnic profiling, unconstitutional detentions and scare
tactics. Agents counter that their tactics are lawful and protected
by the courts.

That may indeed be so. But few could argue persuasively that door-to-
door searches and workplace raids, in themselves, constitute a long-
term solution to illegal immigration. While targeting particularly
those illegals with criminal convictions and deportation orders is
sound public policy €¦’· intended to put a dent in the burgeoning
identity fraud crisis evident in large and small communities
throughout Minnesota €¦’· it cannot be seen as an end in itself.

Rather than focus all efforts at rounding up the illegals
themselves, effort needs to be made in shutting off a primary reason
they arrive illegally. There are many jobs for them here, and it
makes sense to hammer home the message to employers that hiring laws
will be enforced.

Nationally, much work remains to present a smart, comprehensive
immigration and enforcement policy that will be acceptable to the
majority of Americans. On the one side are the enforcement-firsters
who decry this country's lack of will to enforce its own borders. On
the other side are those who believe any attempt to enforce the laws
constitutes, in the words of those who brought forward the Willmar
lawsuit, a "campaign of terror and intimidation."

In the end, some form of guest worker program, offering illegals
already here a proscribed path to citizenship, makes the most sense.
It's still a long, uphill battle, but one that should eliminate the
need for knocking on doors and uprooting families.

Swift seeks federal government's 'not guilty' verdict after ICE raids

By Tom Johnston on 4/25/2007 for Meatingplace.com

Still stung by the federal government's immigration sting at meatpacking
plants in six states in December, Swift & Co. told lawmakers Tuesday the
company did all it could to prevent illegal activity given limited
resources, and it should be cleared of any wrongdoing.

"Please note," said Jack Shandley, Swift's senior vice president of human
resources in Greeley, Colo., "that after 14 months of investigation the
government has not accused or charged Swift with any wrongdoing in
connection with its immigrant worker investigation. We have no reason to
believe it will do so in the future.

"DHS and ICE do, however, continue to unfairly insinuate that the company is
somehow guilty in some unspecified way by parrying all inquiries with the
reply of 'there's an ongoing investigation,'" he continued. "We believe it
is past time for ICE to publicly admit that the company is not guilty of
violating immigration laws."

Shandley testified before a U.S. House judiciary committee looking into
flaws in employment verification and worksite enforcement. His full
testimony was posted Tuesday on www.swiftbrands.com.

The ICE raids netted 1,282 workers, an operation that cost the company more
than $30 million stemming from lost efficiency and contributed to its poor
third-quarter financial results. (See Blame it on the raid: Swift on
Meatingplace.com, April 11, 2007.). Shandley also noted the raids occurred
after company officials made "numerous attempts" to understand the agency's
concerns.

Swift and some lawmakers criticized the government for cracking down on the
company, considering it participates in the Basic Pilot program, which, as
Shandley pointed out, is "the only government tool provided to employers
today, and it is fatally flawed."

"and the like" trying to stir the pot of hate in a continual DO loop. One radio talk artist this afternoon referred to then and now. He said, at one time we had vast acres of open emptiness, (with a need to be occupied) else, another country would squat and possess the land. Now it is different he says now we are full and we dont want no more immigrants coming over the river. This is the same way of natural migration (to and fro) that used to be legal. Now this same method of immigrating across the Rio Grande is illegal. The problem is the Corporate & The Country's economy will suffer if there are no "illegal" (undocumented) workers. Will the prices go up if this pool of raw labor evaporates? Prices of what? Tomatoes? Produce?? Taquitos? Chinese Food?? He speaks as if they are a nuisance as does many a hater. In the same breath the economically ignorant want to put a WALL or Minute Men and now the National Guard. The is a waste of money and injurious to our Nations Economy. This is a Politicians Game of Divide & Conquer. A nuisance? Like Pests? Like Sugar Ants maybe, as the hater whines of the multitudes of human beings crossing the river daily("illegally" ? Why do Sugar Ants migrate and eventually reach their destination? A Sugar Ant migrates to the sugar. Just like a river will always run it's course and eventually makes another path when impeded. Reason will tell the haters, the source of their troubles is not the natural plight of the ants but rather the natural sustinence of the sugar ant which is sugar. To take away the natural sustinence of the undocumented worker is to take away the opportunities that are YANQUIED by our Corporate Elite. Put every one of them in JAIL! Not the ANTS but the Sugar Providers (EMPLOYERS). Fine the crap out of them. Then we will see that we need these little people in parable;..... the ANTS.

Johnny died mysteriously and as richard leshin attorney for the trust said himself if sarita knew shewould have provided for a blood relative. I think Johnny would have provided and wanted to do so he just died before he put the illegitimates into his will. After all if sarita and him believed in many same ideals. Thier father and mother raised them to take care of the family. His will did not include the ranch and was in my opinion incomplete. as far as blood relative Francisca Elena Suess was not blood either was Mr. East. I know Elena outlived everyone but shouldnt the Eastfamily be part of this also.

How did Johnny die and Ann's lil brother poisoned? Elena?
Posted on June 9, 2004 at 08:11:20 PM by Jaime

Johnny died in Saltillo Mexico under questionable circumstances. The little boy died of poisoning. Did you know Elena Suess was German? Have you heard of Operation Paperclip? Do you think Johnny was faithful? I say not faithful. There are people out there who know the truth of the affairs. Mexicans speak up the rich white ranchers loved the latinas. Maybe your grandmother or great grandmother had children by John G Kenedy. If so then you are an heir. If you know of the affairs and remain silent then you are a coward.

Dont you just get that warm fuzzy feeling?
