Source 13th COA opinion NUMBER 13-03-696-CV
The whole case begins with a lie. Ann Fernandez and Ray Fernandez were aware of Ann's lineage. I have witnesses who will testify to the real history of the Genesis of the litigation and Ray Fernandez' knowledge many years before a law suit was filed. I have spoken to the neighbors where Ray Fernandez grew up and to class mates of Ray's as well; they knew of the blood relationship for many years.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Ray Fernandez said he discovered the possible family link five years ago when his dying grandmother, who was a maid for Kenedy in her teens, made an offhand remark to him about his remarkable likeness to his grandfather Johnny Kenedy."
