Sexual Harrasment @ Del Mar and now Teresa Cox fired. AGAIN>Posted on April 15, 2006 at 01:39:19 AM by Jaime KenedenoJust In- LULAC Council 1 sells there soul to an alleged sexual preditor. Theresa Cox — Del Mar College dean of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action, Equity, Access and Compliance was placed on paid administrative leave from the college after she and several students made allegations that President Carlos Garcia of Del Mar made sexually advances toward them. Before she was let go on this past tuesday, Gabe Rivas- President of the Del Mar College Board of Regents, got together with DMC President Carlos Garcia, Gambi Gamboa- LULAC Council 1 member, and Henry Gorhorm- LULAC Council 1 member, to make a deal. The deal that was made was that LULAC Council 1 would not get involved with the sexual harassment allegations toward the college president carlos garcia which were made by Teresa Cox the EEOCC Officer and by several students and employees. In return, Del Mar College President Carlos Garcia would hire LULAC Council 1 member Henry Gorham as the new EEOCC officer at Del Mar College. Gabe Rivas is a snake. Gambi Gamboa is also a snake. It is rumored that LULAC Council 1 President Nick Adame was also present. Hmmmmm, i wondering what type of deal Gabe Rivas- the president of the Del Mar College Board of Regents, is going to make with LULAC Council 4444, NAACP, and the American G I Forum to cover up these sexual harassment issues by this alleged sexual preditor carlos garcia?

Guns N' Roses Lyrics
Song: Civil War Lyrics

(Slash / McKagan / Rose)
Special Thanks Niven / James

"What we've got here is failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach...
So, you get what we had here last week,
which is the way he wants it!
Well, he gets it!
N' I don't like it any more than you men." *

Look at your young men fighting
Look at your women crying
Look at your young men dying
The way they've always done before

Look at the hate we're breeding
Look at the fear we're feeding
Look at the lives we're leading
The way we've always done before

My hands are tied
The billions shift from side to side
And the wars go on with brainwashed pride
For the love of God and our human rights
And all these things are swept aside
By bloody hands time can't deny
And are washed away by your genocide
And history hides the lies of our civil wars

D'you wear a black armband
When they shot the man
Who said "Peace could last forever"
And in my first memories
They shot Kennedy
I went numb when I learned to see
So I never fell for Vietnam
We got the wall of D.C. to remind us all
That you can't trust freedom
When it's not in your hands
When everybody's fightin'
For their promised land

And
I don't need your civil war
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor
Your power hungry sellin' soldiers
In a human grocery store
Ain't that fresh
I don't need your civil war

Look at the shoes your filling
Look at the blood we're spilling
Look at the world we're killing
The way we've always done before
Look in the doubt we've wallowed
Look at the leaders we've followed
Look at the lies we've swallowed
And I don't want to hear no more

My hands are tied
For all I've seen has changed my mind
But still the wars go on as the years go by
With no love of God or human rights
'Cause all these dreams are swept aside
By bloody hands of the hypnotized
Who carry the cross of homicide
And history bears the scars of our civil wars

"We practice selective annihilation of mayors
And government officials
For example to create a vacuum
Then we fill that vacuum
As popular war advances
Peace is closer" **

I don't need your civil war
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor
Your power hungry sellin' soldiers
In a human grocery store
Ain't that fresh
And I don't need your civil war
I don't need your civil war
I don't need your civil war
Your power hungry sellin' soldiers
In a human grocery store
Ain't that fresh
I don't need your civil war
I don't need one more war

I don't need one more war
Whaz so civil 'bout war anyway

Some regular old Democrats and Republicans have something in common in Nueces County. Coastalbendoldmajor has a series on this topic. How do you get the political process to work as it should? Not that any two of us will exactly agree on what the perfect process is, many of us can agree on some basics.

Here are my basics for candidates:
Make the race about YOU, not your opponent. Why are you running? What can you offer? Sure, it's fair to say what's wrong with your opponent, but focus on what's right with YOU.Make political associations in order to further your stated agenda for the people, not to pad your bank account or to fulfill your dreams of becoming the next King George.Run because you want to promote the general welfare, not because some king maker asked you to be part of his stable of candidates. The corollary to this basic rule is: run despite some king maker telling you it is not your turn to run. Give back to the party whether or not you win. Don't just show up during election season. Don't hoard all of your money while the party could use some help. Roll up your sleeves and work with the party regulars. The Republicans have shaken up their party by ousting their long time leader, because he was 'too nice.' We'll soon find out what THAT means.

We've got our own new leader, Alex Garcia and our own new challenges. Don't throw a hissy fit like Alvarez did and support the Republicans because of the mud thrown. Stay and make our party better. Roll up your sleeves. I hope you'll even see a candidate or two working beside you.

See previous post and discussion and elwhatsamattas post. What do you think?
