Let us take the postulate and apply.

John Martinez is bankrolled by the millionaire Lawyers of South Texas Mikal Watts & Doug Allison and the like.

We have Mark Skurka, Hector De Pena, Michelle Kuchta, Joe Flores and Hector Renee Gonzalez.

Skurka the shark prosecutor how well rounded is he with reference to Medical Malpractice, Probate and other Civil applications. I appreciate him as a prosecutor but he has not seen the other sides of this multi faceted JOB.

Hector De Pena IMO is like taking steps backward. There is no NEW. We need fresh faces and experience in all areas of the Law is requisite.


Kuchta All I know about her is she defended a domestic abuser after viewing the medical evidence. What are her strengths?


Joe Flores I understand he is a grassroots campaigner. A hard worker "Average Joe". He is by far the most knowledgeable of the candidates with respect to the medical litigation. Also, I noticed the assertions of him siding with the Corporate Elite against the little guy. He will need to speak to that himself, but I have found him representing the little guy against the big business and health care systems.

Frivolous Law suits,..... there is no such thing as a frivolous law suit according to Claude D Unger's Caller Times Editorial. But Law Suits without Merit should not we all object?

MIKAL sure does not enter the arena unless he sees at least 6 or 7 or 8 figure award / reward.

The outcome of the trial should be more or less the same; regardless of the JUDGE.

Maybe somebody can clarify for me.

Should we vote for De Pena or Gonzalez or Flores because John Martinez is one of the CREW?


Hector Renee Gonzalez, all I know is he has ran unsuccessfully in the past.

What about Marisela Saldana cause Fred Jimenez (or James Sales) is not your cup of TEA?

It is the person people not his or her skin color or party affiliation.

Which would you pick, one of the CREW or a Republican?
