I think this case has a very much better chance once it is out of South Texas. After all wasn't it the judge in Austin that ruled to exhume Kenedy's body. I was glad to read that Dr. Fernandez will continue on with appeals. I wish him and his family well.

I agree. This is about what is best for the case and not what is best for Jaime, dannoynted nor Defenzor. This case not only deals with the Fernandez family, but also the way Mexican Americans have been treated here in South Texas ever since the gringo came to this region and the effects it has left on how we treat each other.

This case is all about South Texas. It will not be won anywhere but South Texas and only with the support of South Texas. What about thye way the Fernandez' have used South Texas. It is purely about Ray & Marie getting money. They don't even pay the people who work their a$$ off for them. I have known the Fernandez for a long time and know for a fact what you say is not true. I've always gotten paid for the work I've done for them and continue to do. I've never have had any problems with him nor his wife.

that they screwed over Mark & Maggie, El Defenzor, Craig Smith, Steven Boyd, Ramone Garcia, Lucinda Juarez, Ann's sister (Mary Rowland's adopted daughter), Esparanza Kenedy & her offspring, Catherine D Unger and South Texas as well. There is pending litigation relating to some of these names. Do some homework. Nobody believes in your sorry a$$ family anymore Marie. Now who is hustling who?
